BEAUMONT, Texas - Lamar Cardinal fans have a lot to look forward to with the start of a new season. The Cardinal football team kicks off the year Saturday night against Oklahoma Panhandle State at Provost Umphrey Stadium. In addition to the game, fans can also look forward to an expanded menu at the game as well.

Cardinal Concessions has added Sushi with Gusto, Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas, Texas Chicken Tenders and Sandwiches with Spicy Curly Fries to the menu. All the new items can be found in the south end zone.

The premium hand-rolled shrimp is made fresh every day, and fans can also try the Shrimp Tempura or Cajun Shrimp. Buonaparte's is serving the Texas Chick Tenders which are hand breaded in their special coating.

In addition to the new menu items, fans can also purchase the Zummo Big Red Link. The spicy sausage link can be purchased at all concession stands.
