BEAUMONT, Texas – Nineteen Lamar University student-athletes received degrees at this month’s graduation ceremonies at the Montagne Center.

Seventeen of the students received bachelor’s degrees, while two earned master’s degrees.

Receiving bachelor’s degrees were: Andrew Beasley (baseball), Adren Dorsey (football), DePauldrick Garrett (football), Charlie Harper (men’s basketball), Eric Harrington (baseball), Christina Hobbs (women’s volleyball), Ryan Kelly (men’s cross country/track), Jeremy Kirt (football), Marcus Malbrough (football), Brateicka Mock (women’s basketball), Ryan Mossakowski (football), Steven Murray-Sesay (football), John Prescott (football), Sean Robertson (football), Juve Sanchez (football), Kevin Smith (football) and Monique Whittaker (women’s basketball).

In addition, football’s Mike Allen received a master’s degree in kinesiology, while Myriam Igoufe of the women’s basketball program received a master’s degree in public administration.
