Christina Fanning MS, ATC, CES, ACI Position: Assistant Athletic Trainer

Christina Fanning joined the Lamar Athletic Department prior to the 2011-12 school year and works primarily with the women's basketball program.

Prior to Lamar, Fanning spent 3 1/2 years at Wheeling Jesuit University as an assistant athletic trainer, working with all sports. While at Wheeling Jesuit she also served as a volunteer strength and conditioning coach for track, men's basketball and women's soccer.

Fanning, who is a member of Toastmasters International, has taught Sunday school and Bible school.

Fanning earned a Bachelor of Athletic Training degree and a Master of Science and Health Promotion degree from California University of Pennsylvania.

The native of western Pennsylvania enjoys weight training, muay thai, bowling and hanging with her dog.
