BEAUMONT, Texas – Lamar University head softball coach Holly Bruder has been placed on paid administrative leave pending an investigation into a violation of university policy announced Director of Athletics Marco Born Friday morning.
 
Assistant coach Demi Laney will serve as the interim until the investigation has been completed. No further information is available at this time.
