How can I become a supporter of Lamar Athletics and make an impact on Cardinal student-athletes?
Contributions to Lamar Athletics provide the athletic department with the opportunity to meet immediate funding needs, such as student-athlete scholarships, travel, equipment, and other team related costs for all 17 varsity sports. Gifts provide a valuable foundation of support that helps make Lamar Athletics elite broad-based programs possible.

Is my contribution tax deductible?
Yes. All gifts to Lamar Athletics are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Please consult your tax advisor to determine deductibility.

When is my annual contribution due?
While gifts are accepted throughout the year, we encourage you to donate early in the 2014-2015 academic year to ensure you enjoy all the Cardinal Club Benefits. Memberships run from July 1 - June 30 each year. Renewal letters are mailed in early May to remind members to renew for the following year. Football season ticket holders with a required Cardinal Club donation will have their donation applied to the upcoming academic year, regardless of when it was paid.

Can I receive a "refund" of my contribution if I do not receive a specific donor benefit?
The Lamar Athletic Department is pleased to recognize supporters who make contributions to its programs in part by offering donors priority for various ticket, parking, and special event benefits. Since such opportunities can vary each year, contributions to the University are non-refundable.
