•Put up 2-2 record with a 5.73 ERA and 22 strikeouts over 33.0 innings of work 
•Made collegiate debut in February 19 win against Arkansas State, pitching 1.1 perfect innings with a strikeout 
•Tossed 2.0 scoreless frames with two strikeouts at Central Arkansas on March 9 
•Tossed a season-best 5.0 innings with three Ks in April 7 win at Stephen F. Austin to earn save 
•Picked up first career victory after pitching 1.2 scoreless innings vs. Sam Houston State on April 14 
•Earned second win after striking out a pair of batters over two innings against Prairie View A&M.
High School 
•Helped lead both Leander High School’s baseball and football teams to the area round of the playoffs during his senior season. 
•Posted 8-1 record for coach Matt Grissom’s Leander baseball team last spring. 
•Also batted .444 with two home runs and 23 stolen bases. 
•Went 4-2 on the mound in both his sophomore and junior seasons. 
•Was second-team, all-district selection in 2009, an honorable mention pick in 2010 and a first-teamer in 2011
•Also made first-team, all-district in football as a senior.
