Tuesday's Lamar baseball game at Houston has been canceled due to wet field conditions at Cougar Field. The game will not be made-up. The contest was actually a make-up date from the March 18 game that was postponed due to potential rain in the Houston area.

Lamar (28-19, 16-8 Southland) will next be in action this weekend when it travels to Natchitoches, La., to face Northwestern State (24-23, 14-9 SLC) in a pivotal Southland Conference series. With just six games remaining before the league tournament, the Cardinals and Demons will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, 2 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. on Sunday.
