BEAUMONT - Head coach Jim Gilligan and the Lamar baseball staff will be hosting a pair of camps at Vincent-Beck Stadium in December.

The Cardinals will welcome in players aged 6-18 for the Holiday Camp on Saturday, December 16. The morning session, which will run from 9 a.m. to noon, will feature a lecture on hitting fundamentals as well as a number of hitting drills. The afternoon session will run from 1 p.m. to 4 and focus on pitching. 

Registration for either camp is $50.

On Sunday, December 17, Lamar will host its annual prospect camp. This will offer high school athletes looking to improve a chance to work with the LU staff on improving their game. Position players will report at noon and pitchers will come in at 3:00 p.m.

The cost is $75.
