BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) - Currye Todd scored 17 points off the bench and Justin Nabors had a double-double to lead Lamar to a 103-64 victory over LeTourneau on Tuesday night.

Todd got 12 of his points off 3-pointers. Nabors scored 14 points and had 13 rebounds and four assists for the Cardinals (1-0). Six Cardinals scored in double figures. Darren Hopkins also had 14 points. Jay Brown and Matthew Barrow each had 12 and Lamar Sanders scored 10. Sanders also had a career-high five steals.

JJ Rockmore and Dewones Smith led the Yellow Jackets (0-1) with 11 points apiece.

Lamar shot 53 percent in the first half and led 49-22 at halftime. LeTourneau shot nearly 40 percent for the game but was outrebounded by Lamar, 58 to 29.
