BEAUMONT -- Lamar University will open its Southland Conference basketball season at Stephen F. Austin on Thursday evening at 8 p.m. and the game will be televised live on Comcast SportsNet Houston (CSN).

Thursday's contest will be the second half of a doubleheader, following the Lady Cardinals' 6 p.m. game from Johnson Coliseum. The game will also be broadcast in the Beaumont area on KLVI 560 AM.
