BEAUMONT, Texas - Lamar football season-ticket holder Kelly Lanclos and a guest will travel to Hawaii in September to watch the Cardinals take on the Warriors.

Lanclos' name was selected in a drawing of all season-ticket holders by Lamar football coach Ray Woodard. The resident of Nederland and a guest will travel with the team to the Aloha State for the Sept. 15 contest.

"It should be a great trip," Woodard said. "There will be a luau and we'll go to Pearl Harbor. We're also looking forward to giving Hawaii a good game."

The Cardinals open their season Sept. 1 at Louisiana-Lafayette. The six-game home schedule starts at 7 p.m. Sept. 8 against Prairie View A&M. Season tickets start at just $60. For more information, call (409) 880-1715 or visit LamarCardinals.com.
