BEAUMONT - The Lamar University men's and women's tennis matches scheduled for Friday and Saturday have been cancelled/postponed due to rain.

The men's tennis team was scheduled to play Southern Miss. on Friday and Troy University on Saturday afternoon while the Lady Cardinals were scheduled to play at McNeese on Saturday afternoon. Both men's tennis matches were cancelled and the women's match has been pushed back to 2 p.m. next Tuesday, March 17.

The Lamar men will be back on the courts on Sunday, March 22, when they host the Wildcats of Abilene Christian at noon at the Cardinal Courts.
