VALLEJO, Calif. -- Linda Persson used a final round 77 to finish in fifth place at the Hiddenbrooke Intercollegiate at the Hiddenbrooke Golf Club Tuesday.

As a team, Lamar took third with a 966 total after finishing with a 319 for the second-consecutive round. Central Arkansas turned in the low round of the tournament on Tuesday with a 301 to claim first place with a 949 score - 14 strokes ahead of runner-up Northern Arizona.

Channing Norton took home a 17th place finish after a final round 82 gave her a 244 total. Fabienne Haremza's 85 ran her 54-hole score to 247 and a tied for 18th place.

Therese Nilsson's 79 was her lowest score of the tournament and moved her up 14 spots to a tie for 22nd with a 248. Lina Nilsson-Balfe also increased her standing in the individual race by 14 positions with an 81, which gave her a 255 total at 40th place.

Competing as an individual, Jennel Alexander concluded the event with an 89 and a 266 score, good for a tie for 73rd.
