The Lamar Lady Cardinals saw their bats come alive a little too late, rallying for three runs in the seventh inning in an 8-4 loss to Sam Houston State at the Southland Conference Softball Tournament.
The Lamar Lady Cardinals outhit Central Arkansas but couldn't come up with the timely hit as they dropped a 3-0 decision to the Bears in the opening game of the Southland Conference Tournament on Thursday.
