Tatiana Larina and Polina Konop won at singles for Northwestern State (11-4, 5-3).
"The doubles point was huge for us today," Lamar coach David Wong said. "The ladies battled tough against a well-coached Northwestern State team."

"We need to keep on fighting through the rest of the season and be ready for the conference tournament," Wong said.
